Cyber Awareness & Fraud Protection

🛡️ PROTECTING OUR STUDENT COMMUNITY

At TriadixOIP, we prioritize the safety and security of our students. Due to a rising number of online impersonation scams targeting educational programs, we have outlined this Cyber Awareness guide to help you identify official communications and report fraudulent behavior.

1. Identify Official Triadix Channels

Identity thieves may create fake websites, send phishing emails, or message you on WhatsApp pretending to represent Triadix Tech Pvt. Ltd. Always cross-check and verify using our official channels:

  • Official Website: https://triadixtech.com (Check the URL carefully for minor spelling variations).
  • Official Email: Always ends with @triadixtech.com (e.g., info@triadixtech.com). We never use free domains like Gmail, Yahoo, or Outlook to send official notifications or payment requests.
  • Official Phone & WhatsApp Support: +91-8763306067. Do not trust messages from any other numbers claiming to represent our HR or technical team.

2. Red Flags of Cyber Fraud

Be cautious of the following suspicious indicators:

  • Advance Charges for Placements: TriadixOIP internship learning programs require a processing fee starting from ₹299. We never charge money for job placements, registrations, background checks, or hiring guarantees.
  • Suspicious QR Codes or Payment Links: Always check the beneficiary name before making any payment. Processing fee payments are only executed securely through our website.
  • Unsolicited Direct Messages: Do not share personal details, OTPs, or password information over chat channels with unrecognized numbers.

3. How to Report Fraud

If you encounter any suspicious activity, fake job offers, or payment requests claiming to be from Triadix Tech Pvt. Ltd., immediately report it to us:

📧 Email: info@triadixtech.com
Please include a screenshot of the message, the sender's details, and any link/QR code received.
