💰 4. REFUND POLICY

At Triadix Tech Pvt. Ltd., we aim to provide quality services.

1. No Refund Policy

Program enrollment, learning platforms, weekly tasks, and evaluations are 100% free of charge. The only payments accepted are for the optional/required certificate verification & unlocking fee. All payments made for unlocking or issuing verified digital certificates are strictly non-refundable once the certificate has been unlocked or generated.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered under sole discretion only in cases of:

• Duplicate transactions/payments for the same program certificate.
• Technical errors on our platform where the payment is captured but the certificate remains locked/inaccessible even after manual verification.

3. Cancellation

Users can discontinue participating in the free program/internship at any time. However, any certificate unlocking fees already paid will not be refunded.
