💰 4. REFUND POLICY

At Triadix Tech Pvt. Ltd., we aim to provide quality services.

1. Cooling-Off Period

Students may request a full refund of the processing fee within 3 days of payment, provided no tasks, quizzes, or program materials have been accessed or submitted. Once any task, quiz, or module has been accessed, the "No Refund Policy" below applies.

2. No Refund Policy

The processing fee starting from ₹299 grants access to learning platforms, weekly tasks, evaluations, and eventual certification upon completion. All payments made are strictly non-refundable once the modules have been unlocked or accessed.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered under sole discretion only in cases of:

• Duplicate transactions/payments for the same program processing fee.
• Technical errors on our platform where the payment is captured but the tasks and certificate remain locked/inaccessible even after manual verification.

4. Cancellation

Users can discontinue participating in the program/internship at any time. However, any processing fees already paid will not be refunded.

Suspension & Termination: If your account access is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions (such as registering from outside India, or providing a non-Indian phone number), any processing fees paid are strictly forfeited and non-refundable.
